Zumba: Don't worry if you have little or no experience of this type of dance, the sessions are suitable for all levels of fitness and skill (all classes last 45 minutes).

Ballroom Classes:  Take your pick from Salsa, Shag, Swing, Cha Cha, Waltz, Tango, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Merengue, Rumba, Samba, Foxtrot, First Wedding Dance, Cruise Dancing and Hustle! Private lessons are available.

Freestyler: The Freestyler fitness program uses resistance bands, added to workout boards, for a fantastic workout that benefits your whole body. This class has had some amazing feedback from its participants, so come and find out for yourself!

Pole Fitness: (also known as vertical dance fitness) is renowned for improving strength, balance and core flexibility. Most people are under the impression that dancing on a pole requires extreme upper body strength, and it does, but only at an intermediate level. It is very easy and stress-free to build up your pole dancing skills as a beginner, and you’ll definitely feel the difference in your muscles after the first session.
